Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, practicing since 2008. She specializes in treating anxiety, trauma and PTSD. She actively engages as a clinician with a warm and caring, yet directive, approach.

Nicole's experience enables her to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. She treats a number of mental health disorders and provides a neutral ground to teens, individuals and families. 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. CBT reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and the behaviors that follow.

Nicole promises to be an active participant of your journey.  Her goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
